Pre-order rules:
1. All pre-orders should arrive within one month; the deposit for each plant is 5 dollars. After the plant arrives, we will calculate the total cost and shipping fee after tax, and the customer needs to make up the balance.
2. All pre-order plants are small size, because there are so many varieties, it
is difficult to have the same node or number of leaves. Please refer to the
website for the intermediate size of similar varieties.
3. The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be recorded as equivalent website credit in the following cases:
A. Plants arrive within a month and are healthy. But the customer doesn't want to pay the balance (no longer interested in the variety, or the size doesn't meet expectations or whatever)
4. The deposit can be refunded in the following cases, or recorded as an equivalent credit on the website:
A. More than one month, the plant has not arrived
B. The plants arrived on time, but they were not in good condition and could not be sold.
5. Only Magicoasis Hoya Club members can place pre-order.
