For buyers located in Ontario and Quebec:

Shipping cost will be $20 per order. This cost includes shipping, handling, and package fee.
We will use Canada Post Xpresspost and provide tracking number to buyers after packages are shipped out.

For buyers outside of Ontario and Quebec:

Shipping cost will be $35 per order. This cost includes shipping, handling, and package fee.
We will use Fedex or UPS and provide tracking number to buyers after packages are shipped out.

Buyers can choose any other courier or any other shipping option, such as Canada Post, Fedex and UPS, but will need to pay the full amount of shipping cost (New shipping cost, plus $5 for packaging and handling).

• We can hold no more than 10 days since the date of the order confirmed;
• Customers will need to pay the shipping fee, plus the plant handling/packing fee;
• Shipping fee is what you will be charged by the courier that you'd selected;
• Handling and packaging cost: $5 for each order (including insulation material, heat pack, or ice pack, if needed);
• We are not responsible for any mishandling or shipping losses caused by the courier£»
• Leaves broken/drop-off are normal when shipping;
• We provide D.O.A but not include the following scenarios£ºthe customers choose a delivery plan which takes more than 3 days in delivery, due to the cheaper cost; Or, customers choose an expedited devlier plan, however, due to the courier, the delivery takes more than 3 days to come to the address provided.
• Please note we do not offer a refund for shipping if parcle are lost on the way by the courier;
